Email support@mixly.sg with your account email and a short description. Screenshots help a lot.
Common issues
- Can't see games near you? Check that location access is enabled for Mixly in your device settings, and widen your distance filter.
- Notifications not arriving? Enable notifications in Settings → Notifications, and check the app isn't battery-restricted.
- Joined a game that was cancelled? You'll be notified immediately and your reliability score is never affected by host cancellations.
Report a player
Open the player's profile → ⋯ → Report. Reports are confidential and reviewed within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, email support@mixly.sg.
Delete your account
You can delete your Mixly account and all associated data at any time:
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate; data is fully purged within 30 days.
- By email: send a request from your account email to privacy@mixly.sg and we'll confirm within 48 hours.
